Our fumigation process follows internationally approved standards and safety guidelines. It involves the following steps:

1. Inspection & Preparation:
   Before fumigation, our technicians inspect the stacks or silos to determine the pest type, level of infestation, and the most suitable fumigant. Commodities are then stacked properly, ensuring there is adequate space for uniform gas circulation.

2. Sealing Process:
   The stacks or silos are airtightly covered with gas-proof fumigation sheets or sealed using specialized tapes and clamps to prevent gas leakage.

3. Fumigant Application:
   A precise dose of Phosphine gas (Aluminum Phosphide or Magnesium Phosphide) is introduced in tablet or sachet form. This gas penetrates deep into the stored goods, effectively killing pests at all developmental stages.

4. Exposure Period:
   The fumigation area remains sealed for a specific exposure period (usually 3–7 days, depending on temperature and commodity type) to ensure complete pest eradication.

5. Aeration & Gas Clearance:
   After exposure, the area is thoroughly aerated to remove any residual gas. The goods are tested and verified to be completely safe and residue-free before handling or dispatch.

Products and Safety Standards
We use EPA-approved fumigants such as Phosphine and Methyl Bromide, depending on commodity requirements and regulatory compliance. The treatment process adheres to ISPM-15 and FAO/WHO fumigation guidelines for export and storage.
